What are the Dates? and Hours?

The Newtown Arts Festival 2022 opens on Friday Night September 16th with a concert at Edmond Town Hall. The Festival continues at Fairfield Hills on on September 17th and 18th from 11am to 5pm each day. Daytime tickets are $3 for children under 12 and $5 for all others.

Friday Night Concert with Amy Helm

The Friday Night Opening Concert with Amy Helm and Elle Sera at Edmond Town Hall begins at 7pm. Tickets are on Sale at the ETH website and Music page of Festival Website.  Tickets are $40.

There will be an opening cocktail reception in the Alexandria Room starting at 6pm. 

Can I bring kids and my dog?

We welcome any size and age child. There is ton to do for children from 3-18 including activities, facepainting, magicians, coloring and crafts. We have music all day long and 8-10 food trucks. We are sorry to say we DO NOT ALLOW your furry friend.

How do I get there?

The Newtown Arts Festival is located at Fairfield Hills in Newtown between Rt 25 and Rt 84.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are available on this website-just click the Buy Tickets tab on any page. We encourage people to purchase in advance as it saves time at the entrance.

What kinds of Artists will I see at the Festival?

The Artisans who come to our festival are truly a varied and talented group. We have about 60 Artists registered from glass blowers to woodworkers. It is a glorious display or talent and imagination. You will be delighted.

What is the entertainment?

The Newtown Arts Festival has a main stage where music is going on all day. We have mimes, puppeteers and jugglers to delight the audience. We have 10 food trucks and a large grassy dining area. 

Beer and Wine?

The Newtown Arts Festival has a Beer and Wine Garden. We open at noon and close one half hour prior to Festival close. We will be taking credit cards this year at the Festival. We do have a place for tips on our credit app. All the tips go to supporting the Arts in Newtown.

Is the Venue Handicapped Accessible?

We make every accommodation to enable anyone to come to the Festival. We are on level ground and there is available parking at Fairfield Hills for handicapped vans.

If I am a performer, Do I have to pay to get into the Festival?

If you are a performer with one of the Dance Schools or at another venue you do not have to pay to enter. All family members and folks who come to see you do have to pay. If you plan to stay and enjoy the Festival we hope you will pay the $5 entrance fee as it supports the Arts.
