Please complete the Newtown Department of Health Event License Application with a check for $25. Include a check for $225 made out to Newtown Cultural Arts Commission. Mail both checks to the Newtown Cultural Arts Commission 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT 06470. The $225 registration fee grants you access to the event dates listed here. Please note you are not required to sell food at each event but it would be helpful if you let us know the dates and times you will be present. Please also download the Worker Registry form to track all people working during the event.
- Festival – Saturday and Sunday, September 21st and 22nd from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Concert – Friday evening, September 20th from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday Evening Entertainment – September 21st from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
